Overview
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Additional non-returnable items:
- The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, or similar products)
- Items marked as final sale or non-refundable at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
How to start a return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at yura9856@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
- Wait for our confirmation and instructions — do not ship items back without prior authorization
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide
We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Return shipping costs
Shipping costs for returns are handled as follows:
- Defective or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label.
- Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is rejected, we will provide a clear explanation and return the item to you.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and would like an exchange instead of a refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost, subject to product availability. If the item is no longer available, a full refund will be issued.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please:
- Take photos of the item and packaging immediately upon receipt
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at yura9856@gmail.com
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank — there is often a processing period before a refund appears
